10-12 September

Came up to London, staying at the Travel Lodge at Marylebone. Extremely handy for the train though rather noisy at night but as it was so hot not much sleep anyway.
I liked this old sign.
Met up with Robert and he found a small Saudi restaurant for lunch delicious. In the evening expecting to go to Selfridge's where the tourists and general hubbub was too much went to Zizzi.

Had a breakfast in luxury at the Landmark followed the next day by yogurt and strawberries from MandS.
Luxury insect home somewhere perhaps near Warren Street station.
Visited Yuta in Earlsfield but took wrong bus so had to resort to Bolt which R had told me about a while back and which we used last night too.
Of course had to buy a few.
Then by Bolt and tube to Green Park only to find Royal Academy closed so had salad at Fortnum found a suitable present for Jen. Prevented a theft and then alerted an assistant.
Walked slowly to Horseguards as now had too much time.
Tea with Rebecca seeing Maurice Child,s medals.
Back with Bolt to the Regent Street Cinema to see Past Lives a Korean film , found supper at Farmer J where you get to choose a grain a protein and two veg  for £15.
