Not here but there are little alleyways with plenty of places to eat and drink but a fair number if smokers too. We hope for better weather tomorrow.
Absolutely soaked. Got a Toyota Corolla and drove at 4km an hour to get to our hotel in the old district near the university.
Lots of eateries but we chose La Mama where we had local goulash and a Romanian donut.
